1. Information We Collect & Local Processing Architecture

InfraDigital CAD operates with a privacy-first, client-side engineering architecture. Any data files, Civil 3D LandXML exports, survey points (PENZD), alignment tables, BoQ spreadsheets, or coordinate listings loaded into our engineering calculators are processed entirely locally within your web browser using native JavaScript, Web Workers, and WebAssembly APIs.

We never upload, transfer, or store your engineering designs, client CAD drawings, or raw coordinate data on external servers, cloud databases, or third-party storage facilities. Your intellectual property and engineering files remain on your local device at all times.

2. Third-Party Advertising & Partner Disclosures

InfraDigital CAD may partner with advertising networks, including Google AdSense and Google-certified advertising partners, to display advertisements that support ongoing research, tool development, and web hosting.

3. Managing and Opting Out of Personalized Advertising

Users have full control over how advertising cookies and tracking technologies are utilized:

• Google Ads Settings: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the official Google Ad Settings page.
• Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): You may opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
• Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): You may opt out of participating ad networks via the DAA WebChoices Browser Tool.
• Browser Controls: You can configure your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) to reject cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you when cookies are being set.

4. Analytics & Performance Metrics

We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics platform, to understand aggregate website usage patterns (such as popular tools and page view counts). Umami does not collect personal identifiers, does not use cookies, does not track users across websites, and does not store IP addresses. All analytics data is completely anonymized and aggregated.

5. European Economic Area (EEA), UK & Swiss Privacy Rights (GDPR)

In compliance with Google's EU User Consent Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• When advertising is enabled, we will utilize a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) adhering to the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) to collect and record explicit consent for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
• You can modify, review, or revoke your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link available in the footer of every page on this website.
• Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of any personal information, and to object to automated profiling. Since engineering calculations are processed locally without accounts or server storage, we hold no user calculation records.

6. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the CCPA and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. InfraDigital CAD does not sell personal identifying information. Users may opt out of cookie-based advertising sharing via the opt-out links listed above.

7. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

InfraDigital CAD is an engineering and technical platform intended for practicing civil engineers, BIM specialists, surveyors, and university students. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions). If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

8. Local Storage & Functional Keys

Our application stores functional keys (such as your preferred color theme, e.g. Dark Mode) in your browser's localStorage. This data remains solely on your local device and is never transmitted to any external server.

9. Security Safeguards

All web traffic to InfraDigital CAD is transmitted securely via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Because our tools run entirely in-browser without server-side file ingestion, your proprietary engineering data is not subject to server-side interception or cloud data breaches.
