1. Engineering Responsibility

The calculation outputs, file restructures, and drawing configurations generated by the Infradigital suite of tools are provided as engineering assistants and drafting accelerators. They do not constitute official professional engineering endorsements.

Every highway design professional using these tools remains entirely responsible for reviewing, checking, and validating the structural, mathematical, and logical correctness of all final output spreadsheets and drawing schedules before submitting them to any governmental agency, municipal authority, or private client.

2. No Official Affiliation

Infradigital is an independent personal project developed by Yonatan Abrham. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with the Ethiopian Roads Administration (ERA), Addis Ababa City Roads Administration (AACRA), regional administrations, or any other government agency.

Reference to standard manuals (e.g. "ERA Manuals", "AASHTO Guidelines") is strictly for structural styling, naming alignment, and curve checking compliance.

3. No Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the author or copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
